Our website booking tool allows our clients to book 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. They receive an immediate booking summary by email with our contact details, meeting points and pricing. Ideal when in meetings or where you are unable to call and great for PAs wishing to forward an itinerary to staff, directors and visitors.
Pre arrival SMS – Peace Of Mind
All our customers receive an SMS text message 40 minutes before their driver arrives. Especially useful for early morning and airport transfers this peace of mind is invaluable. Our system has now been upgraded to support international SMS delivery so our global corporate clients arriving to visit also receive a text as they step off the plane. Your Chauffeur will be monitoring your flight and will know exactly when you land or if you are delayed. You don’t need to let us know. Select our ‘Fast Track’ option on your online booking form to let us know if you are carrying hand luggage only and your driver will be inside the terminal within 10 minutes of landing.
WiFi in our Cars
Our vehicles contain WiFi, free to all our clients, this is ideal working on iPads, Laptops and Smart Phones. For our visiting overseas clients this offers huge savings in data roaming charges. Our high speed 4G HSPA+ (High Speed Packet Access +) network service helps our customers to increase productivity, plus with phone chargers in all our vehicles it’s the perfect time to catch up. Decrease down time, improve employee motivation and relax as we look after you and your customers.
Itemised online payments
Offered to all our clients, new and existing. After your journey, you will receive an email with a personal link to your online invoice. Click the link, enter your card details and pay for your itemised journey online.
Receipts by email
Immediately after payment we send an itemised VAT receipt straight to your inbox, cutting down your paperwork and helping simplify expense claims.
