Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change and we make every effort to accommodate our customers and amend their bookings whenever possible. We keep in touch, we monitor flights and often contact our clients to advise of flight delays before the airline does. In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right apply the following charges, as part of our cancellation policy:

  • If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the requested pick up time we reserve the right to make a charge of 50% of the journey fare.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 6 hours of the requested pick up time we reserve the right to make a charge of 100% of the journey fare.

  • If the passenger does not appear at the designated time and pick up point the full journey fare will be chargeable.
