wear uniforms?
Your chauffeur will
be fully uniformed in a suit, company shirt and a tie.
What is a 'Meet and
Greet'?
Your Chauffeur will
be at the airport to meet and greet you out of the arrivals hall to
help with luggage and show you to your car.
Are your Chauffeurs’
Licensed?
All of our
chauffeurs are licensed, fully insured with public liability and
have had CBR (Criminal Bureau Checked) checks.
Can you provide
chauffeur driven cars for weddings?
We have a
dedicated
wedding site here, but please speak to us early, especially
during high season (June, July and August) as we are often booked up
6 months in advance.
Do you only work in
Berkshire?
No, we also
specialise in travel within Oxfordshire,
Buckinghamshire, London,
Surrey, Hampshire and Wiltshire and we regularly provide transfers
to customers throughout the
UK.
Is smoking permitted
in any of the vehicles?
In compliance with
England's smoking ban all vehicles
are strictly no smoking.
Do you charge
waiting time if we get delayed in customs/baggage hall & if so how
much?
We will only
consider charging if you are delayed for more than an hour after
your flight was due. Charges are £18 per hour waiting time.
Can I pay by credit
card?
We take all major
debit and credit cards through
our payment page here.
Can I book a car and
chauffeur for several days?
You can book any of
our services for as long as you require – try our e mail quoting
service here.
Do you monitor my
flight, and do I have to call you if my flight is delayed?
Your Chauffeur will
be monitoring your flight and will know exactly when you land or if
you are delayed. You don’t need to let them know. Gin and Tonic will
provide a text message so you know we have arrived.
Do your vehicles
offer business working facilities whilst travelling?
All our
vehicles have rear lighter sockets with a
12V to 240V AC Inverter that you can power your laptop. Please ask your
Chauffeur.
